Getting worse

I’ve had this app for years and loved it in the beginning. Even though it could not find many UK locations like hotels / campsites. In theory it’s amazing and updates flight changes etc etc. I remember it having 5stars and being award winning from memory. Now- meh. Every time I click on my next location for directions the app freezes and I need to delete and reinstall the app. It still can’t find half the locations I’m looking for so that’s getting boring now. If I write notes like check in time / whether I’ve paid in full for accommodation etc it also adds loads of additional characters to my note like &#%etc.

Can you please just work - thinking of going back to excel and Dropbox at this rate

Not good enough

I had deleted this app and went looking for others but have found myself back here. It is better than most however, as usual with anything American, it is insular instead of being worldwide. I could even enter a competition but the drop down menu would only bring up American cities etc.
Again it has not taken my booking reference so I have had to input all my flight details manually.
Could be better with a little thought to outside customers.
Today I have forwarded an email with a trip to The Netherlands departing on 7th Feb which has been converted into the American date format and is showing as 2nd of July. Back to manual inputting! If I find a better app I’m off...

Good idea, poorly executed

On the surface, seems like a great idea, but having attempted to use it for an upcoming trip, found the whole process clunky and, ultimately, one that did not work.

The idea is that you forward your confirmation emails onto a email that matches your data to your app log in details and then it auto populates the relevant travel data into the app. I sent three emails that contained booking confirmations, out of the three, only one loaded.

Ended up deleting the app, as it is not fit for purpose in its current format.
