 Turn volume up to here the noise in the video.

The controller makes a knocking/ticking noise right out of the box. Charged it for about 90 minutes out of the box and go to turn the controller on and it makes a knocking noise. Sounds like the vibration sensor is broken or something. Try to do the return way through Amazon and it is saying I have to wait up to 30 days after Amazon receives the package and I might not get a refund or only a partial refund. NO THE ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE! Playstation/Sony is a RIP OFF through Amazon. Oh and I go to go through Playstations site to get it replaced and it says model number isn't correct contact support. YOU CAN'T! Waste of money. Never will I EVER buy a controller through Amazon since this is bs and is such a scam that I might only get a little refund for an ALREADY broken controller. Best Buy or Gamestop is so much better.

Bought a Volcanic Red dualsense in November 2023. It has major left stick drift issues now to the point where games are unplayable. Have had it for less than 5 months but Sony won't replace. The white text on the red back has already faded to the point of being ineligible and they won't replace it without the full serial code. The fact it already has these issues this early is crazy.
