    1. I like that it comes with boarder template of sorts for easy of installation. When I opened it up I immediately wanted to take it back because I thought it was cut to small but after installing the screen protector and the otterbox defender case saw it was a perfect fit.2. After installing it I noticed the the sensitive level was greatly depleted. It was terrible! However after looking at some youtube videos I found the solution to this problem. If you follow the picture I attached to the review this will help you as well.If you have a Samsung s9 the Instructions is as follows:1st: go to Settings2nd: go to Display3rd: scroll down to Touch Sensitivity and enable the settingsYou will see a vast improvement and will opt to actually keep the screen protector.

    My wife needed to replace her smart phone recently (an LG G6), as it began working erratically. Oddly enough we wound up buying a NOS Samsung S9, which is one of the phones we'd considered when we bought the G6 (no, she didn't just want the S9 instead, the G6 really was taking a dive). The S9 is a beautiful phone and fits her hand much better than any of the latest smart phones. She also always puts her phones in OtterBox Defender cases, and they usually include very functional screen protectors, built-in. The S9's case is different, in that due to the curves of the S9's screen edges, the previous style of screen protection wouldn't work, so we opted to order OtterBox's ALPHA GLASS screen protector for it. I was somewhat skeptical whether a glass screen protector could be made to close-enough tolerances such that there would not be "voids" between the protector and the phone's actual screen, leading to areas where the screen couldn't sense touches in those spots. Well, simply, there was no need for concern. The OtterBox ALPHA GLASS screen protector is an exceptionally well-designed and well-made product. It comes with a set of molded plastic "locators" that fit the S9 and "guide" the glass protector as it's applied to the phone's screen. It makes for an easy, full-proof and dare I suggest it? A perfectly aligned fit! I've owned a good number of cell phones since buying my first heavy-brick analog Uniden to the smart phones of today, and this glass protector combines with the S9 better than any other system or setup I've seen. It looks great, works great and even the price was great. Yeah, we know the S9 is well-behind what's being sold now, but we've been buying top quality cell phones that have been released earlier for good reasons: 1) Price. We didn't have to pay $800 or $900 (Would you believe $130). 2) The bugs have been dealt with (remember Samsung phones burning holes in peoples' pockets?). 3) There's a plethora of accessories available (no waiting, the stuff's been in stock for some time, and this also lowers the prices on it). So, we cannot recommend the OtterBox ALPHA GLASS screen protector more highly! If you've got an S9 and want a new screen protector, this is the one, whether you use any of OtterBox's cases or not!

    Ok, so let me tell you why you should pay attention to my review, and ignore all the low reviews you'll see on Amazon and elsewhere.
    Alpha Glass comes with guides to make the installation the easiest screen cover installation I've ever done by far--no fussing or redoing 3x. First time on, and after 2 months not the slightest hint of pulling up in any of 8 corners (2 phones). We don't bring our phones to a construction site or anything, but with normal tossing onto counters and into purses, the alpha glass and the OtterBoxes have performed perfectly for us.
    If you review the 1 star reviews, many complaint about the responsiveness of the screen. These are all people who were too lazy to read the instructions that clearly told you how to locate the touch screen sensitivity setting designed to increase sensitivity for use with alpha glass. We flipped that setting as instructed, and the sensitivity is perfect. My guess is the people who report that the alpha glass does not stay on tight didn't use the guides to install, and compromised the install by fussing it on and off several times to try to align the glass right, like I've had problems with with other products that did not come with install guides.
    The people who cracked their phones--idk, but I'm guessing they would fall into the class of people whose use case would crack any kind of phone or cover. Neither of ours has the slightest hint of damage.
    I also balked at the price, but I'm glad we went for it, especially since I just turned in my last phone, which had been in an OtterBox Commuter for 3 years, and GadgetTraders took it in as "Like New", so I got more for the resale than I spent to get it from Verizon in the first place.
    Like any investment, you have to weigh price and quality to get the value. This product, like every OtterBox product I've ever had, is an investment that has value.
    Ok, so, people, alpha glass is very attractive, very easy to install, simple to configure with your phone, and easy to use protection. Spend the money and enjoy your phone with peace of mind! Cheers!

    Directions were not very well explained. After I looked it up online and got the screensaver on accordingly I noticed my phone no longer worked as it previously had. The screen was no longer as sensitive as it previously was I was no longer able to use my drug down at the top , and noticed I needed to push harder to actually get what I needed my phone to do . It also does not completely cover the sides of the phone. I do not recommend this screen protector.
