Great phone for older people. Grandparents really like how it's simple to use. It's has basic features but with modern tech like Bluetooth and WiFi. Camera takes decent pictures, good enough to share memorable moments. Phones is pretty responsive and doesn't lag even for an older phone. Calls are clear (w/ T-Mobile) and speaker is decently loud. Best part is that it works in U.S. with Mexican sim card.

Defective speaker out of box

The earpiece speaker was completely defective out of the box. In addition, the factory seal from tmobile had been broken so I suspect that this is actually a referb/returned item. The phone functions as expected except now whenever I take calls I have to use the phone in a speaker phone configuration.

Bought this flip phone for my elderly dad and he has difficulty opening this phone to answer a call. I even have trouble with it. I can't seem to find how to block scam phone numbers so, my dad keeps getting these unwanted calls. The front screen has the time and then it didn't, it went dark for awhile, and now it's back. I don't recommend this phone this for seniors.
